Nom Ko, my favorite dessert.


Soft with good smell of coconut milk mix with fried bean make this cake so tasty. It is one my most favorite dessert since i was young. Below is the recipe that i am gonna share with you. You have you make it, it's very delicious and very easy to make.

- Ingredients
2 cups of rice flour
6 cups of water
1.5 cups of sugar
1.7 tbsp of Salf
1 can of 13.5 of coconut milk
3.5 tbsp of roasted mung bean
Stir in high heat from 5-7 mins
Keep it 40 mins at low heat
Let it cold before cutting

- How to make it

++Mix the rice flour with coconut milk, sugar, salt, water, and stir it well
++ Start roasting the yellow mung bean, and after than start heating the mixture of rice flour at high heat for 5-7 mins before turning the heat down and keep stirring for 40 mins.
++ input the roasted mung bean and mix it well.
++ transfer the the cooked mixture into the tray, and keep it cool down for an hour before cutting it to serve.
